Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s in Calgary seeks a Team Leader - Firearms under the supervision of the Group Sales Manager. You will direct outfitters, manage merchandising, pricing, inventory, and customer service within the firearms department to drive sales and ensure safety and compliance with federal requirements.

You will train and coach staff, interview candidates, coordinate events, maintain planograms, and deliver a legendary customer experience using the F.I.S.H.
