Design hydraulic power units and manifolds at Bosch Rexroth using 3D CAD, FEA, and technical drawing standards. Support manufacturing-focused product development.

As a Mechanical Designer, you will develop Power Unit and Manifold product lines from customer specifications through production. Your work includes assembly drawings, bills of materials, engineering changes, and design documentation. You will collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Production, Quality, and outside vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and design power unit and manifold product lines
- Create, verify, and amend assembly and detail drawings
- Produce design releases and final production bills of materials
- Support deviation risk assessments, including FEA
- Conduct design reviews and document design decisions

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Experience with 3D CAD, 3D design, and FEA
- Hydraulic or pneumatic system design experience
- Knowledge of GD&T; and tolerance stack-up analysis
- Ability to travel to Pennsylvania for training
