As a Merchandise Coordinator with TJX Companies, you will execute receiving and merchandising standards while guiding Associates. Key Responsibilities:
- Orchestrate truck delivery and prioritize merchandise processing
- Ensure merchandise is tagged, hung, secured, and coded
- Train Associates on merchandising and processing principles
- Monitor productivity and coach Associates as needed
- Maintain backroom organization, cleanliness, and recovery standards
Requirements:
- One year of retail experience
- Six months of leadership experience
- Superior communication and organizational skills
- Ability to train others and multitask
