The Manager, HR Services leads HR operations, service quality, and employee customer support. You will oversee onboarding, offboarding, SAP administration, employee lifecycle management, and inquiry resolution. The position also advances responsible AI practices, process improvement, governance, and performance measurement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead HR Services delivery, team development, and performance goals

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
- Five-plus years in HR operations, shared services, or HRIS administration
- Experience managing SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, UKG, or other HRIS
- Knowledge of employment, pension, and advantages legislation in Canada and United States
- Working knowledge of generative AI, automation, analytics, privacy, and security
