Provide inpatient occupational therapy across St. Joseph’s Health Centre in Toronto, using assessment and treatment recommendations to support patient care. This casual role offers weekend corporate clinical coverage.

Unity Health Toronto seeks an Occupational Therapist for its Health Disciplines Resource Team. You will support Medicine and Surgery Programs through assessment, treatment recommendations, consultation, discharge planning, and education. The work requires communication, interpersonal, critical thinking, and adaptable clinical practice.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess patients with impaired occupational performance
- Provide treatment recommendations for inpatient care
- Support discharge planning and patient education
- Collaborate with interprofessional teams across care areas




- Participate in quality improvement or organizational research

Requirements:

- Current Ontario occupational therapy licence in good standing
- Master’s Degree or substantial equivalent in Occupational Therapy
- Current BLS certification or willingness to complete probationary training
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility, adaptability, and robust patient-care organization
