As a Pro Account Sales Associate, you will serve industrial, commercial, and professional customers. You will learn products across store departments, anticipate customer needs, and support complete project sales. The position combines floor sales, account development, quoting, order processing, and follow-up. You will report to a Department Supervisor while supporting storewide Pro Program involvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prospect new business on the sales floor
- Develop relationships with Pro customers and anticipate needs
- Use questioning, up-selling, add-on selling, and closing techniques
- Create quotes and process orders accurately
- Follow up and resolve customer issues with management

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year receiving experience
- In-depth knowledge of products across store departments
- Ability to communicate clearly and listen carefully
- Ability to lift and move heavy, bulky items
