Within Guidewire’s Industry Innovation & Co-Development Group, this senior consultant bridges business needs and technology. You will prototype features, lead functional and integration workstreams, and support customer transformation. The work spans backend and frontend development, solution design, estimation, and technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prototype and validate Guidewire Cloud features in customer environments
- Capture customer use cases and requirements while validating solutions
- Own backend and frontend development across the technology stack
- Lead functional and integration workstreams through quality delivery




- Mentor junior consultants on methodology, best practices, and delivery

Requirements:

- Five-plus years in technology consulting, solution development, or P&C; insurance
- At least one year of hands-on Guidewire implementation experience
- Full-stack development experience with CI/CD, DevOps, testing, and packaging
- Solid communication and facilitation with business and technical audiences
- Ability to estimate and deliver tasks with minimal guidance
