Serve Meridian Members on-site in Maple through financial advice, transactional banking, and relationship-building expertise. Support day-to-day needs while identifying solutions.

As a Financial Services Representative, you will understand Member needs and provide appropriate advice and recommendations. You will complete front-line transactions, open accounts, offer credit and deposit products, and identify wealth referrals. This full-time position supports Meridian’s branch sales and service team at Major Mac & McNaughton.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide advice and recommendations based on Member financial needs
- Complete accurate, timely front-line banking transactions
- Open accounts and promote relevant Meridian products




- Offer credit and deposit solutions within approval limits
- Refer opportunities to Wealth, Small Business, and Mobile Mortgage partners

Requirements:

- Robust financial industry knowledge and business acumen
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to resolve Member concerns with discretion
- Strong computer systems knowledge and virtual technology comfort
- Post-secondary education or equivalent financial services experience
