As a Senior Consultant or Manager, you will support financial restructuring engagements for boards, management teams, lenders, and shareholders. The work combines client service, deliverable production, relationship development, and business development. You will also build technical, sector, leadership, and people-management capabilities while applying Canadian insolvency knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support financial restructuring engagements and manage junior staff
- Produce high-quality deliverables within planned timescales
- Develop distinctive client relationships and support presentations
- Apply engagement economics, risk, and quality management knowledge
- Contribute to pitches, research, and marketing events
Requirements:
- Strong academic background at degree level
- Qualified accountant, including CPA or equivalent qualifications
- Analytical ability and strong Microsoft Office skills
- Restructuring, insolvency, audit, or transferable professional-services experience
- Solid communication skills and willingness to work under pressure
