This Family Services Worker position serves children, adolescents, families, and diverse client groups. You will assess needs, strengths, eligibility, and development requirements. The work includes case histories, behaviour programs, referrals, appointments, and social outings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare reports and client case histories
- Appraise needs and eligibility for specific services
- Assess skills, strengths, and development needs
- Implement behaviour management programs
- Provide crisis intervention and resolve conflicts

Requirements:

- College certificate or diploma in a relevant program
- Experience considered an asset
- English language proficiency
- Valid driver's licence and own vehicle
- Criminal record and child welfare checks

Use sound judgement, communication, and client focus while delivering family and community services across various locations.
