Support KIPP Colorado students through social-emotional counseling, IEP services, and individualized plans while collaborating with families and school teams.

The School Social Worker improves students’ social and psychological functioning across KIPP Colorado schools. This work includes counseling, assessments, crisis intervention, family engagement, and coordination of services. The position supports student safety, attendance, learning, and social-emotional development through individual and group services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide individual and small-group counseling services
- Develop plans aligned with student goals and IEP requirements
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate safety, crisis response, and mandated services
- Collaborate with families, staff, and community providers

Requirements:

- Master’s Degree in Social Work required
- Colorado social worker endorsement required
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker preferred
- Previous school social work experience preferred
- Spanish bilingual skills preferred
