Silent-Aire, a division of Johnson Controls, seeks an Inventory Analyst to maintain records of stocked materials, equipment, and supplies. The role supports outgoing shipments, incoming items, inventory reporting, and transactional accuracy. You will collaborate with Operations, Production, Receiving, Purchasing, and inventory teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain materials records for reporting and tracking
- Count inventory and post totals in Sage ERP
- Coordinate annual and daily cycle counts
- Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Develop inventory reports for operational departments
Requirements:
- Minimum one year of experience; three preferred
- Knowledge of workplace safety and protected lifting procedures
- Ability to work independently
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lift and carry materials up to 45 pounds
Support Silent-Aire inventory accuracy through Sage ERP transactions, discrepancy investigation, reporting, and materials process coordination.
