As a Procurement Specialist I with Health Shared Services, you will acquire routinely purchased supplies, equipment, and services. Working with the CE Renal Support unit, you will follow established policies and practices. Customer service, information research, quotation preparation, and purchase order processing are central to the work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform purchasing functions under established policies and practices
- Acquire supplies, equipment, and services for assigned work groups
- Communicate effectively with staff and external vendors
- Research and collate procurement information
- Prepare quotations and issue purchase orders

Requirements:

- Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to follow established rules and templates
- Driver's License and vehicle required
