Coach pitching and support student-athletes at Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, with emphasis on development and communication. This full-time position reports to the Head Softball Coach.

As Assistant Softball Coach, you will provide instruction, mentoring, evaluation, and guidance while supporting academic and athletic excellence. The position includes pitching coaching, recruitment assistance, compliance monitoring, practice coordination, and assigned administrative duties. You will communicate with prospective athletes and families as directed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coach, mentor, evaluate, and guide softball student-athletes
- Determine coaching methods with the Head Softball Coach




- Coordinate visits and communications with prospective student-athletes
- Develop practice schedules and assist game organization
- Prepare facilities and equipment for secure play

Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED
- At least one year coaching softball programs
- Specific pitching coach experience
- Current CPR, AED, and first aid certification
- Google Suite proficiency and NCAA Division III Coaches Test completion
