This Farm Operations Supervisor position requires English, secondary school graduation or equivalent experience, and three to less than five years’ experience. You will coordinate general farm workers and harvesting labourers across dry pea, bean, hay, oilseed, wheat, grain, oil, and forage crop farming. The work is physical, rapid-paced, and completed at the farm’s physical location.
