This Warehouse Agent position covers freight handling, aircraft support, cargo organization, and customer assistance. You will load and offload transport trucks, build flight loads, secure shipments, and maintain temperature controls. The work also includes supporting Cargo Agents with shipment acceptance and release.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound freight shipments
- Load and offload transport trucks
- Build loads for scheduled flights and charters
- Secure cargo using straps, nets, and thermal blankets
- Provide cargo pickup and delivery services
Requirements:
- Grade 12 education or equivalent
- Class 5 license and clean driver’s abstract
- Two or more years of warehouse experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Effective time management under pressure
