Support Winnipeg customers with building-material expertise, project quotes, and responsive order management at Shoemaker Drywall Supplies. Work onsite at the GMS Family of Locations facility.
As an Inside Sales professional, you will provide product knowledge to new and existing customers. You will manage inquiries, orders, quotes, deliveries, and special orders. The work also involves purchasing support, customer callbacks, inventory presentation, and collaboration with Shipping and outside sales staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers entering the facility
- Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and customer orders
- Prepare project quotes and enter special orders
- Coordinate delivery schedules and instructions with Shipping
- Maintain clean, stocked facilities and customer relationships
Requirements:
- At least one year of Inside Sales experience
- At least two years of administrative experience
- Customer service experience in a rapid-paced setting
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills
- Excellent computer skills; product knowledge is an asset
