MercyOne seeks a Medical Laboratory Technician to produce accurate, reliable data for patient clinical assessment. You will obtain specimens, perform testing, review data for clinical correlation, and troubleshoot instrumentation. The position requires adherence to safety, infection control, and colleague health policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Obtain proper specimens for laboratory testing
- Perform clinical testing and review data
- Complete quality control testing on analyzers
- Interpret analyzer and analyte quality control results
- Troubleshoot instrumentation and assays

Requirements:

- Associate degree in a Medical Laboratory Technician program
- ASCP eligibility and certification within six months
- Intermediate language and mathematics abilities
- Personal computer and database software skills
- Ability to manage simultaneous tasks independently
