This contractor opportunity is for fully registered psychologists, clinical social workers, counselling therapists, or clinical counsellors. You will provide short-term care, assess needs, establish goals, and develop individualized treatment plans within EAP coverage parameters. The work expands mental health access across remote and rural communities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver short-term, solution-focused in-person counselling
- Assess needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Engage employers and Indigenous health organizations




- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
- Connect clients with community resources and support services

Requirements:

- Master’s degree in Counselling, Psychology, or Social Work
- Minimum five years of post-credential counselling experience
- Valid qualified liability insurance coverage
- Expertise in solution-focused counselling and goal-oriented planning
- Private office or clinic suitable for in-person sessions
