It also supports resident security, laundry, floor care, documentation, and emergency response.

Key Responsibilities:

- Run the front desk courteously and efficiently
- Answer calls, redirect inquiries, and record messages
- Greet visitors and support evening resident security
- Clean common areas using assigned sanitation procedures

Requirements:

- Excellent English communication skills, empathy, and patience
