Operate ring sealing equipment at Baxter’s Alliston facility, using inspection skills and attention to detail on the afternoon shift. This is a temporary six-month, full-time assignment.

As a Ring Seal Operator, you will seal recon parts into bags while supporting quality-driven manufacturing. The role includes operating semi-automatic and manual ring seal machines, inspecting products, completing quality documentation, and maintaining component supplies. You will work independently, handle repetitive tasks, and stand throughout shifts while supporting Plastics Department operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean, set up, and operate semi-automatic ring seal machines
- Insert recon parts and bags into manual ring sealers
- Perform visual inspections during machine and packaging tasks




- Complete quality inspections and Positive Documentation Practices records
- Maintain components and remove filled tote boxes

Requirements:

- Demonstrated attendance, performance, and quality in the current position
- Ability to operate equipment independently in fast-paced manufacturing
- Strong inspection capabilities and attention to detail
- Experience performing repetitive tasks while standing continuously
- Manufacturing or quality experience in a GMP environment
