As a Group Setup Technician, you will issue new group policies and update existing benefit plans in BMS. You will prepare contracts, amendments, policy changes, and client benefit booklets. The work also includes employee enrollments, data validation, client documentation, and mailbox management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Issue new group insurance policies within BMS
- Update existing group benefit plans
- Prepare and validate contracts and amendments
- Complete new employee enrollments during implementation
- Manage the shared Group Setup team mailbox

Requirements:

- Excellent English and French communication skills
- Group insurance or similar administrative experience
- Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
