Fernie Alpine Resort seeks a Hotel Administration and Owner Relations Manager serving both lodge properties. The role includes reservations, owner communications, accounting reports, and policy administration. It also supports hotel operations, safety, and accurate financial transactions across the properties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain contracts and policies for USW union staff
- Complete guest and owner reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
- Prepare financial, management, and accounting reports
- Manage owner calendars, rental pool bookings,



and documentation
- Act as hotel shift manager on a rotational basis

Requirements:

- Ability to work across multiple hotel properties
- Ability to handle confidential owner and company information
- Knowledge of Resort employee handbook policies and protocols
- Training in secure work procedures and safety programs
- Ability to complete fair and reasonable management requests
