As a Bilingual Retail Operations Coordinator, you will support consistent execution across a growing Canadian store network. You will coordinate with CX, IT, Supply Chain, Visual Merchandising, and Marketing teams. Qualified fluency in English and French is required for store support, communication, and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily operational inquiries from assigned stores bilingually
- Coordinate store-level needs with internal cross-functional teams
- Communicate promotions, signage plans, launches, and operational updates
- Support openings through signage, layouts, merchandising,
and readiness checks
- Review audits, track replenishment, and monitor standard operating procedures
Requirements:
- University degree or college diploma
- One to three years of relevant coordination experience
- Professional fluency in written and spoken English and French
- Google Workspace proficiency, especially Sheets and Docs
- Ability and willingness to travel within Canada
