Drive ALO’s visual merchandising with product presentation, store operations, and sales-floor leadership across an active retail setting. Support profitability through coordinated visual execution.

The Visual Lead partners with Operations and Visual Managers to deliver store results. This position manages shipment processing, replenishment, floor sets, reporting, and product placement. It also supports coaching, recruitment, associate development, and guest experience while maintaining store standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute shipment, receiving, processing, transfers, replenishment, and recovery
- Maintain product presentation, restock, destock, and visual changes
- Plan floor changes with management and adapt visual support
- Use reporting tools to improve placement, outfitting,



and stock levels
- Lead associates through coaching, feedback, and performance tools

Requirements:

- Two or more years in a client-centric sales environment
- Proven leadership capabilities and excellent decision-making
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Ability to move throughout the store and lift up to 50 pounds
- Availability for opening, closing, weekend, and holiday-season shifts
