As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support organization-wide recruitment within DHC’s Talent Acquisition Team. The role covers sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and candidate engagement. You will help attract a diverse, high-performing workforce through structured recruitment and selection processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate recruitment needs and develop resourcing strategies with leaders
- Deliver full-cycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting support
- Build candidate pools for recurring and high-volume hiring needs
- Track recruitment progress through KPI and reporting metrics




- Coordinate required background and pre-employment screening

Requirements:

- Undergraduate degree in human resources, business, or related discipline
- Five to seven years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Solid knowledge of Canadian labour and employment laws
- Superior written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality
