The position partners with IT and Senior Leadership while supporting company governance, privacy, and security guardrails.

Key Responsibilities:

- Run onboarding, workshops, office hours, and role-based learning paths
- Build Claude skills, prompt templates, and recurring Projects
- Maintain MCP connectors to Salesforce, Box, Slack, and Snowflake




- Pilot solutions, measure results, and iterate before rollout
- Report adoption trends and support AI policy questions

Requirements:

- Three or more years in IT training or technical enablement
- Daily enterprise AI assistant use and robust prompt engineering
- Experience building reusable automation for independent users
- Knowledge of data privacy and AI governance
- Four year degree
