Support Good Shepherd residents overnight on weekends through intake, assessment, and respectful housing services at Martha House.

This part time Case Manager position runs Saturday and Sunday nights from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. You will extend Good Shepherd’s mission through residential and non-residential client support. Responsibilities combine case management, crisis intervention, supportive counseling, and practical shelter tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide respectful housing support services
- Complete intake and assessment for each resident
- Maintain a resident caseload
- Follow health and safety rules and legislation
- Clean, serve food, and move belongings

Requirements:

- Flexible schedule for weekend night shifts
- Related post-secondary education required
- Experience working in residential settings preferred
- Knowledge of issues affecting cis women, trans, and non-binary individuals
- Commitment to anti-racist and anti-oppressive practice
