The Asset Protection Partner protects store assets against theft and supports Leadership with operational controls reducing shortage. Duties include surveillance, apprehensions, reports, audits, inventory preparation, and shrinkage prevention plans. The role also provides loss prevention training and collaborates with internal partners, law enforcement, mall security, and retailers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct sales floor and CCTV surveillance
- Prepare theft, recovery, accident, and audit reports
- Perform store self-audits and safety inspections




- Support inventory preparation and processing
- Provide employee loss prevention training

Requirements:

- One year of retail asset protection experience
- Required provincial or local licensing
- High School graduation or equivalent
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Adaptable evenings, weekends, holidays, and multiple locations
