The role designs HR initiatives across onboarding, performance management, training, engagement, and organizational development. Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational management, or business
- Five-plus years of Human Resources Business Partner experience
- Robust knowledge of Canadian employment law and practices
- Understanding of talent mapping, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across stakeholder levels
