You will upgrade existing memberships, activate current members, and schedule appointments with prospective members. The position combines sales, marketing, member service, guest support, and desk duties. You will explain club facilities, programs, membership options, and available services while maintaining accurate records and using the CMS system.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform needs analyses for qualified guests
- Give tours and trial memberships
- Convert inquiries into club visits
- Generate contacts through phone, email, texting, and LinkedIn
- Handle member check-ins, requests, and cancellation inquiries

Requirements:

- Meet individual daily, weekly, and monthly membership goals
- Prepare at least five pre-booked appointments per shift
- Master the CMS system
- Know club facilities, services, programs, and schedules
- Maintain a professional disposition and organized work area
