Lead winter operations for Webber by supervising crews, coordinating work plans, and maintaining safe outdoor worksites across changing weather conditions.
This Seasonal Winter Supervisor reports to the Patrol Supervisor and Operations Manager when required. You will organize project activities, inspect infrastructure, communicate job status, and support timely task completion. The position requires crew supervision, payroll accuracy, operational records, and compliance with company policies and Canadian and provincial requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise crews and communicate assigned responsibilities clearly
- Follow weekly work plans for crews and personal assignments
- Inspect culverts, fencing, bridges, and other infrastructure
- Maintain secure, clean, hazard-free jobsites
- Prepare payroll and Winter Operations Records
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Foreman or crew supervision experience in related industries
- Basic supervision experience on road construction projects
- Valid G driver’s license and good driving record
- Ability to lift 60 pounds and work outdoors
