JOB DESCRIPTION

FOP CONSULTANTS is looking for Finance Business Analysts for a major Oracle Fusion Cloud deployment. Specialized in financial processes, they will contribute to the design,



validation and deployment of the Oracle Fusion Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management), act as the link between business teams and configuration teams, document requirements and support the testing and training phases.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Take part in financial business process analysis workshops and document functional requirements.
- Analyze gaps (fit/gap) between current processes and the Oracle Fusion solution.
- Write functional design documents (FDD), BRDs and operating procedures.
- Prepare and execute functional and integrated test cases (SIT, UAT).
- Support the conversion and validation of financial data.
- Take part in key-user training.
- Document defects, follow up on corrections and validate deliverables.
- Support the deployment phase and post-go-live support.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, administration or information systems.
- Minimum three (03) years of experience in financial process analysis or ERP implementation.
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials or a comparable financial ERP.
- Understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R) or general accounting processes, depending on specialization.
- Experience writing FDDs, in functional testing (SIT, UAT) and in ERP data conversion (an asset).
- Relevant certification (Oracle Cloud, CPA or equivalent) (an asset).
- Experience in Canadian public or private organizations.
