As a Buyer Care Specialist II, you will interact with potential, new, and existing Buyers and IAA colleagues. You will help create quality experiences throughout the Buyer journey, supporting satisfaction and account retention. The position also extends foundational responsibilities through peer learning and assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Interact directly with potential, new, and existing Buyers
- Support Buyers through phone and digital channels
- Respond collaboratively to peer assistance requests
- Demonstrate effective skills during side-by-side support
- Occasionally support new hire training
