Provide compassionate patient care as a Primary Care Paramedic with Shared Health in Rivers, working in person across days, nights, and weekends.
This full-time clinical position serves patients at Shared Health - Riverdale Health Centre within Rivers ERS - West Zone. You will deliver accessible, responsive, integrated care as part of a multidisciplinary team. Collaboration includes health care providers, emergency service agencies, and community agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide pre-hospital care to patients across emergency response settings
- Deliver accessible, responsive, integrated patient care at all times
- Collaborate with health care and community service providers
- Operate vehicles and equipment safely under applicable requirements
- Demonstrate professional and ethical conduct with every patient
Requirements:
- Graduate from an approved Primary Care Paramedic program
- Hold Manitoba Primary Care Paramedic registration in positive standing
- Possess a valid Class IV Manitoba driver's license
- Maintain Basic Life Support level C or equivalent
- Complete required fitness assessment and clinical knowledge testing
Use pre-hospital care, clinical judgment, and compassionate service to support Shared Health patients throughout Rivers ERS operations.
