At Sienna Senior Living, the Registered Practical Nurse helps residents experience comfort, dignity, and respect in their home. Reporting to the Director of Care, you will provide care within the RPN/LPN scope and established requirements. You will also support staff, residents, and families through clear communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure excellent nursing and personal care for residents
- Complete admissions, readmissions, and changes in resident status
- Provide ongoing resident assessments and care oversight
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff

Requirements:

- Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with Ontario College of Nurses
- Strong judgement and ability to identify risks
- Ability to foster a positive work workplace
