Whistler

Join Our Team: For 26 years, Whistler Platinum has looked after some of Whistler’s finest homes and the guests and: owners who love them. Behind every smooth stay is a well-run business — and behind a well-run business is someone who keeps the details from slipping. As our Business Coordinator, you’ll work directly with our CEO across business administration, property marketing and executive support — keeping priorities moving, listings performing and the details handled. It’s a varied, part-time role with real responsibility, built around a flexible schedule that can fit school hours. If you’re organized, resourceful and discreet, and you enjoy a role where no two weeks look the same, we’d love to meet you.

About the Role
, Benefits & Perks:
- Starting wage: $28–$30 per hour, based on experience
- Part-time, year-round: 20–24 hours per week over 4 days
- Flexible schedule — hours can be built around the school schedule
- Reports directly to the CEO
- Fun, supportive team culture with staff socials and outings
- Discounts on Whistler activities What You’ll Do: You’ll be the CEO’s right hand across four areas of the business — freeing up leadership time for the decisions that matter and making sure nothing important falls through the cracks. Business Administration
- Maintain a compliance calendar across our companies — BC Registry annual reports, business licence renewals, WorkSafeBC filings and insurance policy renewals — so nothing lapses
- Source products and equipment for the business and our properties — from supplies to software subscriptions — obtaining vendor quotes, comparing options and managing orders
- Keep reports, meeting notes, contracts, correspondence and key documents filed and organized, both physically and electronically
- Support HR administration — job postings, interview scheduling, onboarding and staff records
- Track invoices, subscriptions and renewal dates,

and collect the CEO’s expense receipts for submission to our accounting team
- Look after office basics — supplies, mail, IT accounts and building access — and coordinate office logistics when needed Marketing & Listings
- Optimize our listings on Airbnb and other booking channels — titles, descriptions, photos, amenities and settings — so every home is seen and booked
- Support the Marketing Manager to coordinate photography and virtual photo tours for new and existing properties
- Develop communications, marketing materials and campaign content, and coordinate owner gifts and appreciation
- Coordinate the onboarding of new properties, keeping documents, setup tasks and teams on track so each home launches smoothly Reporting & Research
- Prepare monthly performance reports, including TW and STR data, turning the numbers into clear takeaways
- Research topics as needed and turn findings into clear, concise reports for the CEO Executive Support
- Take ownership of tasks the CEO delegates — from meetings, forwarded emails or quick requests — and see them through to completion, following up with staff and vendors on outstanding items
- Support the CEO’s board commitments, preparing materials and assisting with tasks as needed
- Coordinate conference and travel arrangements
- Act as a point of contact for the CEO on select correspondence, calls and projects, and proofread outgoing documents as required
- Take on other projects and tasks as assigned What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant,

coordinator or in business administration
- A hospitality or property management background, or experience with managing Airbnb, Vrbo listings is a strong asset
- Exceptional attention to detail — you catch the small things before anyone else has to
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills — as polished on the phone and in person as you are in writing
- Strong organization and time management, with the judgment to juggle varied priorities in a rapid
- paced environment
- Ability to handle sensitive business, financial, owner and personnel information with complete discretion
- Strong spreadsheet skills and the ability to turn research and data into clear reports or presentations
- An eye for presentation — you know what makes a listing photo, headline or document look sharp
• Competent computer skills — confident with Microsoft 365; experience with AI productivity tools, PDF and e-signature tools a plus
- A quick learner who is self-directed and reliable working independently on a part-time schedule
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and based in, or within a reliable commute of, Whistler; a valid driver’s licence is required What Success Looks Like: Six months in, the business runs more smoothly on every front. When the CEO hands something off, it gets done — no reminders, no loose ends. Our listings look sharper and book better, new homes launch without a hitch, and the monthly numbers land on time with real insight attached. Filings, renewals, purchases and paperwork no longer compete for leadership attention — they’re simply handled. You’ve become the trusted person who knows how things work and makes them work better, and you’ve done it in hours that fit your life. That’s the balance we’re after: meaningful, varied work, done exceptionally well, without the full-time workweek.
