North Central Co-op seeks a Deli Manager for its Food Division Team. This role oversees daily department operations, financial targets, pricing, inventory, service levels, and quality. You will recruit, train, develop, coach, and motivate team members while supporting departmental initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct daily execution and overall Deli Department operations
- Achieve budgeted goals for sales, margin, expenses, and inventory

Requirements:

- Three to five years managing a retail deli
- Solid time management and organizational skills
