Lead Scotia Club hospitality operations at Scotiabank Arena, using restaurant leadership and financial management to shape premium guest experiences. This is a 14-month parental leave contract.

As Manager, Scotia Club, you will oversee a high-volume restaurant and bar operation within MLSE Restaurants & Catering. The role combines team development, programming, purchasing, inventory, budgeting, and guest service. You will partner with Culinary, Finance, Marketing, and other internal teams to deliver operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead restaurant, bar, guest experience, and programming operations
- Coach supervisors and team members toward accountable performance
- Manage budgets, purchasing, inventory, and financial procedures
- Partner with Culinary on menus, quality,



and service standards
- Respond to guest concerns and lead service recovery

Requirements:

- Three or more years of progressive food and beverage management experience
- High-volume restaurant, bar, or premium hospitality leadership experience
- Robust financial, planning, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Smart Serve Certification and food-safety knowledge required
- Evening, weekend, and holiday flexibility required
