Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and revise departmental procedures and programs with guidance
- Set up activity areas and transport residents when required
- Monitor residents’ interests, needs, and progress
- Maintain program and resident records according to policies

Requirements:

- Diploma or certificate in recreation, leisure studies, or equivalent
- Experience working with seniors and understanding motivation concepts
- Understanding of leisure principles
