This Business Intelligence and Data Analyst supports Merchandising and Merchandise Operations across TJX Canada. You will develop reporting solutions, partner with stakeholders, and translate requirements into prioritized user stories. The work also supports Intelligent Automation initiatives with global partners and IT.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, build, maintain, and publish reports and dashboards
- Provide analytical support, recommendations, and business reports
- Develop materials supporting internal decision making
- Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency
- Support RPA,



Power Automate, and Power Apps solutions

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- Experience with Power BI, Excel, and Power Platform
- Knowledge of Pivot Tables, Macros, Advanced Formulas, DAX, and M Language
- Experience with Power Query and Fabric data preparation tools
- Robust communication, relationship-building, organizational, and change management skills
