This Department Supervisor coaches, trains, motivates, and inspires associates to perform strongly. You will support development, staffing, sales, inventory, and customer solutions. The position works with Store Management, Operations teams, assistant managers, and external partners to meet business needs and achieve results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead associates in relationships supporting exceptional customer service
- Ensure department staffing levels meet business needs
- Manage performance through feedback, development, and recognition
- Review reports and recommend inventory improvements
- Communicate promotions through rallies and department meetings

Requirements:

- One to two years supervising or leading teams
- Flexible availability for days, evenings, and weekends
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Solid customer service and decision making abilities
- Effective problem solving skills
