Family Dynamics seeks a Family Support Worker 3 for its In-Home Family Support team. The term runs until August 31, 2027, with possible extension. You will help restore family functioning, child development, parent-child relationships, and parental health through respectful collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide nurturing, developmentally appropriate care for children from infancy onward
- Supervise children and support safety, comfort, routines, and positive interactions
- Lead learning and recreational activities supporting healthy development
- Assist families with housekeeping, laundry, dishes, and children’s spaces




- Communicate observations, services, interactions, and incidents to supervisors

Requirements:

- Minimum two years’ social services experience with children and parents
- Child and Youth Care, Early Childhood Education, or related credential
- Current First Aid and CPR, verified before placement
- Knowledge of attachment theory, child development, and positive parenting
- Ability to lift 40 pounds regularly and 50 occasionally
