In this full-time or part-time position, you will manage a territory, schedule service, communicate timelines, and document activities. Your work supports equipment performance through preventative maintenance, repairs, and organized customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and combustion engine systems
- Perform preventative maintenance on Tennant and competitor products
- Schedule service activities and communicate expectations, timelines, and billing




- Maintain service records and business reporting documentation
- Collaborate with sales, customer service, and technical support partners

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license meeting Tennant driving policy requirements
- Three years troubleshooting combustion engines and mechanical systems
- Experience using diagnostic devices, shop tools, computers, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to lift 60 pounds and drive three-plus hours daily
