The Analyst provides independent company and sector coverage within an assigned sector. You will evaluate companies and industries through financial-statement analysis, forecasting, valuation, and scenario analysis. Your research will support portfolio managers through differentiated investment insights and actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct fundamental research on companies and industries within coverage sectors
- Develop financial models, forecasts, scenarios, and equity valuations
- Present investment ideas and recommendations to portfolio managers
- Monitor investments, theses,
valuations, catalysts, and key risks
- Communicate changes in fundamentals, earnings expectations, and conviction
Requirements:
- Minimum five years of relevant equity research or investment experience
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline
- Strong financial-statement analysis and financial-modelling skills
- Knowledge of corporate finance and public equity markets
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
