OBM Consultancy is recruiting a Retail Supervisor for an established British fashion and lifestyle brand known for its thoughtful design, quality and craftsmanship.

This role combines team supervision and customer service with practical back-of-house responsibilities. We are looking for someone who enjoys being on the shop floor and has the organisational skills to keep daily operations running smoothly.

THE ROLE

- Support the management team in supervising daily store activities and guiding colleagues.
- Lead by example on the shop floor, delivering excellent customer service and supporting sales targets.
- Help coach the team on product knowledge, service standards and store procedures.
- Support deliveries, stock transfers, replenishment and stockroom organisation.
- Maintain accurate stock records and assist with stock counts and loss prevention.
- Support daily administration and follow operational procedures.
- Maintain high standards of presentation and housekeeping,



both on the shop floor and behind the scenes.
- Help ensure a safe and organised working environment.

YOUR PROFILE

- Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader or Senior Sales Associate with supervisory responsibilities, ideally within fashion or lifestyle retail.
- Some hands-on experience with stock management and back-of-house operations.
- A confident, approachable manner and a strong customer service mindset.
- Valuable organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise.
- Comfortable moving between customer-facing duties and operational tasks.
- An appreciation for quality products, thoughtful design and craftsmanship.

Previous Operations Manager experience is not essential. This opportunity could suit a retail supervisor with stockroom experience or a senior sales professional ready to take the next step.
