CIBC seeks a Client Engagement Associate to support clients in a fast-paced banking centre. You’ll handle transactions, answer questions, and guide customers through digital banking while connecting them with the right solutions and team members to help meet their financial goals.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required, with on-site full time hours across multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance. You’ll play a key role in delivering a great client experience.
