The McMurray Group seeks a Restaurant Manager for A&W; Restaurants at Bonnie Doon Mall. You will oversee restaurant operations, customer experience, A&W; standards, regulatory compliance, team development, and business profitability. The position requires restaurant management experience, robust communication, and operational knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee food quality, service speed, guest experience, and cost control
- Manage scheduling, staffing, equipment, facilities, and operating standards
- Recruit, coach, develop, and evaluate restaurant team members
- Manage inventory, accounting,



budgets, revenues, and controllable costs
- Resolve guest concerns and oversee food safety compliance

Requirements:

- Three to five years of restaurant management experience
- Secondary School Certificate or equivalent
- FOODSAFE Level 1 required; Level 2 preferred
- Basic or Intermediate First Aid certification
- Proficiency in POS systems, Windows 11, and Microsoft 365 Business
