The Dispatch Officer receives and transmits radio calls to security personnel while handling incoming security calls. Duties include dispatching security officers and supervisors, monitoring outside cameras and fire alarms, and conducting surveillance of security-related events. The position also contacts EMS and the Sheriff's department when required.
