As an Enrolment Processor, you will maintain employee and dependent information for Group customers using online systems and multiple intake channels. You will review applications, research client inquiries, calculate benefit amounts, and investigate discrepancies. The work requires sound judgment, quality-focused processing, and accurate decisions supporting plan integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process employee and dependent enrolment information through online systems
- Review applications for completeness, accuracy, eligibility, and contractual requirements




- Research inquiries and provide transparent written customer responses
- Calculate benefit amounts and support accurate billing
- Investigate integrity-report discrepancies and adjust systems appropriately

Requirements:

- Customer service experience with strong quality and follow-through
- Strong keyboarding, data entry, and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Insurance experience or post-secondary education is preferred
